Shop labor rate is $120/hr. We reserve the right to sublet work as we see fit.
All parts purchases are billed at list price plus 7.75% tax. All orders for new parts require a deposit before your order will be placed. All supplied parts installed are new unless otherwise specified. Used parts are not warrantied or guaranteed to be without defect. Warranties for customer-supplied parts are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimates provided are an approximation of labor, cost of parts, and charges for the services requested. They are based on the anticipated work to be done. It is possible for unexpected complications to cause some deviation from the original quote. If any additional repairs are required, we will prepare a revised work order providing the cost of additional parts and labor and total revised cost.
Although our shop carries a commercial insurance policy, these policies do not cover any damage to customer vehicles while on our shop premises, nor does it insure any damage while any of our employees or contractors are operating your vehicle on roads and highways. Any damage to a vehicle falls under the coverage of the vehicle owner’s own auto insurance, as every vehicle is required to carry an insurance policy by law. Therefore, the owner of the vehicle will be required to carry and maintain an active comprehensive insurance policy on the vehicle while any work is being done in the shop. There are several policies available for classic cars and even specifically for “vehicles under construction,” and Campbell Motors can assist you with choosing the right one.
Payments for all work are due at the time the vehicle is ready for pickup or delivery. Vehicles will be released only when all balances are paid in full. Cars that are in our care after all work is completed will be charged $10/day for storage.
The preferred method of electronic payment is Zelle, which is incorporated into most major mobile banking applications. It is the fastest, zero-fee, bank-to-bank transfer method. The other no-fee options are Cash or Check. For a 3% fee we also accept all Credit & Debit cards as well as Venmo and PayPal.
